Awaken Well-Being

Awaken Well-Being is offered from 7:30 – 9:30 pm every Wednesday night on Zoom ONLINE. Participation will be limited to 30 people per week. By-donation. Registration required.***

This circle is for anyone dealing with mental health challenges either personally or by association. Emily Olsen will facilitate this weekly gathering to encourage those feeling isolated or stigmatized to contribute by listening to others and sharing their own stories in a safe and caring community.

What to expect: This circle is about healthy human connection and involves everything from breathwork and guided meditation, to sharing and listening. Guest facilitators will sometimes be present to share from their daily practices and particular modalities. Participants will be given the opportunity to be witnessed in their current life experience as they share in a space of openness and respect.
