Awaken Well-Being

***UPDATE: During the current physical distancing practices worldwide, Awaken Well-Being will be offered from 7:30 – 9:30 pm every Wednesday night beginning April 1st 2020 on Zoom ONLINE. Participation will be limited to 30 people per week. Registration required.***

This circle is for anyone dealing with mental health challenges either personally or by association. Emily Olsen will facilitate this weekly gathering to encourage those feeling isolated or stigmatized to contribute by listening to others and sharing their own stories in a safe and caring community.

What to expect: This circle is about healthy human connection and involves everything from breathwork and guided meditation, to sharing and listening. In the coming weeks there will be guest facilitators sharing from their daily practices and particular modalities. Participants will have opportunities to be witnessed in their current life experience as they share in space of openness and respect.

***ON HOLD: Awaken Well-Being is a weekly drop-in by-donation circle at Breathing Space (Yoga Studio at 7167 West Saanich Rd) in Brentwood Bay, BC from 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm.***
