Emily Olsen

I am passionate about empowering and supporting others to achieve their full potential, personally and professionally. I utilize decolonized practices to guide my work and have a strong background in leadership, management, and operations, which enables me to effectively oversee and coordinate the various aspects of a project or organization. In addition, my dedication to personal development and leadership allows me to inspire and motivate others. I value honesty and kindness and work to create safe and inclusive spaces that promote knowledge-sharing, community connections, creativity, mental well-being, and inclusivity.

I am married to a beautiful human being, my lover and friend, Adam. We are raising two beautiful children, Silas and Ella, in W̱SÁNEĆ territory and share in the beauty and wonder of a large extended family. Our puppy, Tui, is a natural healer and gets me out daily to walk and meditate in the forest. I am blessed to have the ability to work in positive environments and am increasingly grateful to have healed many of my past traumas. I write and speak from my heart and facilitate events, retreats, workshops, and healing circles. I aspire always to be creating and hope the ideas and inspirations from life never cease.
